New
Walkthroughs: turn any demo into a narrated, step-by-step page your buyers can watch at any time. Choose Create walkthrough on a demo and Appricity captures one clean screen per step, captions it with the demo's narration and voices it in your agent's voice. Check the private draft, then Publish to get a share link and an embed snippet for your website. The page carries your logo, name and colour; Unpublish takes it down at once.
Walkthroughs work in any language: add a language and Appricity drafts the captions for you to review, captures your product in that language and voices it with your agent. Every language shares one link, which opens in the viewer's own language.
Everyone in your workspace can watch walkthroughs and copy their link or embed; workspace admins create, edit and publish them.
Walkthroughs are included on Solo and above (3 published on Solo, 10 on Team, unlimited on Organisation). Solo now also includes Demo Studio, the demo library and the recorder, with one demo target.
Part 02 of 02
Improved
The talk page your buyers open from an agent's voice link has been redesigned as a call that uses the whole screen. The agent's picture (or initials) sits at the centre and reacts as they listen and speak. The page has three panes: on the left, who the buyer is talking to and the call controls; in the middle, a stage; on the right, the live conversation, with a few starter questions and a box for typing. When the agent shows the product or a slide deck, it fills the stage as large as the screen allows, and a full-screen button suits a meeting room. The transcript stays on screen after the call ends. On a phone, the panes stack.
A talk link with no agent in it no longer opens a default agent. Signed in, you see your workspace's agents and can start talking to any of them in one click; otherwise the page explains that the link is incomplete.
