Part 01 of 02

New

Your AI assistant can now read your accounts and, on Solo and above, the opportunities in your pipeline: ask "what's open in my pipeline?" or "tell me about Acme" and it answers from the same records you see in the app, including deal values, stakeholders and stages. It can only read them; changes stay in the app.

Quick search (Ctrl K) now finds accounts by name or web domain, people by name, email address or phone number, and opportunities by name or account, and opens the record.

Part 02 of 02

Fixed

Starting a conversation on a talk page is faster. The voice service now starts warming up as soon as the page opens, so pressing Start doesn't wait for it to boot.

Conversations on a talk page handle interruptions more naturally. The agent no longer stops because of a cough, a knock or its own voice through your speakers. If it does stop and you didn't actually say anything, it apologises and carries on from where it was ("Sorry about that, I thought you said something. As I was saying…"). The opening AI disclosure always plays in full.

Agents no longer hand technical buyers to your team, or give them a stock refusal, by mistake. A question about how the product works — search, answer quality, languages, formats — now gets an answer rather than the security refusal. A buyer who mentions pricing while describing their own questions gets an answer rather than the pricing refusal. A phrase like "so I can stop wasting my team's time" is no longer read as a request to stop messaging. And asking for a technical colleague to follow up keeps the conversation going instead of ending it with a hand-off. A request the agent can't carry out, like issuing a refund, gets "I can't do that here" rather than the pricing refusal. Real price questions, security requests and "stop" messages are handled exactly as before.

Talking to an agent on its talk page now feels like a conversation:

  • It remembers the call. Follow-ups like "show me all of them" or "the second one" refer to what the agent just said.
  • It lets you finish. In hands-free mode it waits for a longer pause before answering, so it no longer cuts you off mid-sentence.
  • It talks you through the demo. Press play and the agent voices each step of the demo on screen, moving on when it has finished speaking.
  • A typed message appears in the transcript once, not twice.

When an agent on a talk page puts one of your demos on the buyer's screen, it now actually appears. Before, the agent said the demo was on screen but the page didn't show it.
